We’re starting something new here on our business blog. We work with a lot of businesses and do a lot of business chatter with each other thanks to our custom stamp item. We love to talk business. We breath business. We help other people in their businesses. Our main goal with our quarterly updates is our way of connecting with our audience better on a business nerd level, sort of to speak. Big News
We’ve been a little MIA on the blog because we’ve been working on something big. It’s so big, that it’s been a year in progress so far. We are so incredibly close to shifting the business and trust me, you guys will like it! I’ll skip the boring details and jump right into something else exciting.
We built a bigger office. We do work in ouf home studio (now). Although this may change by the time you’re reading this. The building process took nearly a year to complete and we just moved in at the beginning of October. We’re working on crushing our big business goals so our office isn’t quiet put together yet. We also brought on more help. My husband left his night job which has allowed us to grow and it’s been incredible in every aspect.
Website Updates
While building an important our business, we’ve been working on bringing all our Etsy products to our shop here Fall For Design. We have close to 75 products to add to our website. Wowza! We’ve made major progress in the last few weeks though.
We’ve been working on a few bits of our marketing. For example, Abandon Cart Recoveries, Newsletter Opt-ins, SEO and more. Some of these projects are, and some of them are forever on-going.
Improving our Communication
You see, we had a problem. We wanted to connect professionally, and personally with our customers. Some customers love our personal side. Some customers prefer to stay strictly professional. So how do we meet these two types of clients in the middle? Well, we finally figured it out.
A Newsletter. Our Newsletter will go out out monthly and it will be short and sweet. It will be a quick read. Not a lot of text. More like three short sentences per subject. When you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive;
