Deadlines to ensure your item is shipped before our departure
• All proof requests must be approved by October 1st, 2018.
• For Orders without proofs, order by October 2nd, 2018.
• Edits/Revisions request must be submitted by September 27, 2018 with final proof approval given by October 2nd, 2018.
• Otherwise, please expect your item to ship out within 5-10 business days after October 16th, 2018.
Our Customer Service Team and Production Team will not be responding to any inquiries or working any orders while we are gone. All inquiries will be responded to ASAP as soon as we return. We ask for our customers to please be patient as we work hard to catch up all open orders and open inquiries.
