Fall For Design has worked hard at a range of tasks this year.  We have accomplished the following;

  • Hired a CSR rep, saving our production crew 60 hours a month
  • Invested in an automated stapler, saving 12 hours a month
  • Invested in Auto-Bill, Auto-Reconcilliaton, and Automatic Accounting; saving 4 hours a month.
  • Started utilizing Trello, the ultimate to-do list planner to keep us on track and help us align our goals (hence this blog post).  Hours saved; 40 hours a month.

A few minor changes that lead to long term strategies has saved us nearly three weeks worth of work per month.  Yes, this had us quiet amazed too!

We’re re-using the extra time gained (during normal business hours) to invest back into the business.  And here’s what we’ve done so far;

Business Maintenance

  • Cleaned up several glitches on the website.  Some listings were not reading correctly or listing correctly.
  • Added the Business Stamps Category to our website so it can now be easily found.
  • Added an Ink Pad Guide to our listings, so buyers can easily read our guide to choose the right stamp and ink for their special project.

What’s New

  • Added Custom Self Inking Stamps.  You give us the completed artwork, we’ll do the manufacturing labor.
  • Added all our business stamp templates from Etsy, to our website.
  • New wedding stamps have been added.  We’ve done so many that we are loosing count.
  • Updated and added packaging inserts.  Clients will now see where to contact us for any issues/concerns.  We also encourage buyers to share their projects with us on social media.
  • Some of our reviews come from buyers who do not know how to use a stamp, or are using the wrong type of ink pad.  We’ve included an insert to help weed out any confusion.  The insert includes our ink pad guide, and instructions on how to use a rubber stamp.

But wait, there’s more

We’re headed into the fall/winter season and in a few months will be Christmas.  We encourage buyers to start investing in their return address stamp for Christmas Cards.  You can also purchase a rubber stamp for a gift.  We have several to choose from in the shop, including library stamps for the avid book reader in your life.
